存在问题:地下室混凝土结构裂缝产生渗水。成因分析:混凝土裂缝是由干缩、温度、水泥用量过大或水泥稳定性差等因素引起的。

预控措施或方法:用于防水混凝土的水泥需要进行试验,以取消稳定性不合格产品的使用。混凝土配合比由实验室提供,严格控制水泥用量。与地下室底板厚度相同的大体积混凝土,应遵守大体积混凝土施工的有关规定,严格控制温差。

预控措施或方法:预埋件采取固定措施,密集预埋件采取施工技术措施,预埋件铁脚按要求焊接止水圈。地下室管道的设计应尽量高于地下水位。穿墙管道应设置止水套管,并与套管灵活连接。
